Every property is different, so pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of entry points, and the equipment you choose. After a free on-site visit, you get a written quote that lists everything included, so there are no surprises.
Is the on-site assessment really free?
Yes. The site visit and quote are free and come with no obligation. We walk the property with you, answer your questions, and leave the decision to you.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the system. Your plan includes an estimated install time, and we schedule the work around you. For businesses, that can mean working outside your opening hours to keep disruption to a minimum.
Do I have to sign up for a monitoring contract?
No. Every system can be self-monitored from the app on your phone. Professional 24/7 monitoring is available as an option if you want it, but it is never a requirement.
Can you work with the equipment I already have?
Often, yes. During the site visit we check your existing cameras, alarm panel, wiring, or intercom and let you know what can be kept, upgraded, or integrated, so you only replace what actually needs replacing.

Yes. Everything we install outdoors is rated for Alberta’s climate, from -40°C winters to summer heat, so your system keeps working year-round.
Do you work with homes and businesses?
Both. We install for houses, condos, and acreages as well as offices, retail, warehouses, and multi-tenant buildings, with the system sized to the property.

We’re based in Edmonton and serve the greater Edmonton area, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and Leduc, and we take on projects across Alberta.
What happens if I need help after the install?
